Earlier this week I sent home a paper with 3 columns of words on it. I explained to the class that these were words that we have learned in the past 3 stories & they should take some time at home to practice reading them. The word cards can be torn apart and made into a bang game or a memory game, or just used as flashcards. Please have your child practice reading over break. This helps to build their confidence and reading skills. Thanks!
Cookie Exchange Thank you to everyone who took the time to bake cookies and send in food for the cookie exchange. It was all very delicious. My children were thrilled with the cookies (and so was I)!
